Our Fees
We deduct charges from your invoiced earnings.
Basic Charge
- Weekly payroll: £19.95 per week (or part week)
- Monthly payroll: £60.00 per month (or part month)
The basic service includes: contract processing, invoicing, payment collection, PAYE processing, Expenses, Pensions, payments to the Revenue and Customs, annual P11(D) & P60 returns, Employers and Public Liability insurance and weekly or monthly payments by BACS.
- No set up or termination fees.
Optional extras
- CHAPS payment: £25.00 per CHAPS payment
We pay by BACS which can take 2/3 working days to credit your bank account. You can however request a CHAPS transfer enabling funds to credit your bank account the same/next day.
- Documents from our files: £5.00 per document
We provide all documents electronically except for end-of-year payroll returns. Should you wish for an original copy of any other forms the above charge will be applied.
